We offer a range of services for schools
Including:
- Training packages for schools
- A mentoring service to support SENDCos in successful leadership and management of SEND across the primary school, including- writing effective action plans, My Plans, My Assessments, EHC Needs Assessments and accessing the correct external support.
- Advice for strategies to support SEMH in your school, including clear SMART targets, risk assessments and collaboration with parents.
Our SENDCo advisor has worked as a SENDCo in Gloucestershire. A qualified teacher with over 20 years experience and qualified with a Post-Graduate Certificate in The National Award for SEN Coordination. Our advisor has a specialism in SEMH and is a working play and creative arts therapist. Qualified with a Post-Graduate Certificate in Therapeutic Play and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Play Therapy.
We also offer a Play Therapy short talk. Here we give an overview to staff on play & creative arts therapy, discuss how sessions are run and develop staff confidence in their understanding of this type of therapy.
