About Us

We are based in the beautiful rural village of Maisemore, near Gloucester and we offer a warm, welcoming and supportive space for children, young people, adults, families and professionals.

We believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood and supported. Sometimes life can feel challenging, whether we are navigating big emotions, difficult experiences, changes in family life or the everyday demands of growing up and finding our place in the world. Finding the right support can make all the difference.

Our approach is gentle, creative and individual, recognising that everyone is unique and that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Our qualified therapists, take time to listen, understand individual needs and find ways to support each person on their own journey.

Through our therapeutic and wellbeing services, we support children and young people through Play Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Teen Counselling with Creative Arts, Irlen® Screening and Parent-Child Attachment Play (PCAP). We also offer support for adults through our Creative Journeys sessions and SEND Advisory Sessions and SEND Training & Workshops, delivered by a qualified SENDCo.

Our work supports a range of emotional, mental health and developmental needs, including anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, confidence, trauma, loss and bereavement. Our Occupational Therapy provision includes Functional Sensory Processing Assessments,  helping individuals better understand and manage their sensory needs.

Alongside our therapeutic work, we provide training for parents, carers and professionals, as well as creative clinical supervision for play therapists and the wider school workforce. We understand the importance of supporting those who care for, teach and work alongside others, providing opportunities to reflect, develop and feel supported in their own roles.

Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your child, your family or someone you work with, we offer a friendly and thoughtful approach, working together to find the support that feels right.

We welcome enquiries and referrals from individuals, parents, carers, schools, social workers, charities and other organisations. Based in Maisemore, we work with people across Gloucester, Cheltenham, the Forest of Dean, Tewkesbury, Malvern, the Cotswolds and beyond.  Our support takes place at our premises in Maisemore, Gloucester, we have free parking and access to toilets.
